Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

  1. Incorrect Unlocking Code: In the event that, despite collaborative efforts with our technician, the unlocking code proves ineffective, resulting in an inability to unlock your device, a refund will be issued to you.
  2. Criteria Mismatch: Should your phone fail to meet the necessary network criteria for unlocking, rendering our unlocking service ineffective, you are entitled to a refund.
  3. Premium Service Failures: Any failure of our premium unlocking service, regardless of the cause, warrants a refund, inclusive of any payments made for standard service.
  4. Remote USB Unlock: If the remote USB unlocking service is incompatible with your device or fails to produce the desired outcome, a refund will be provided.
  5. Specific iPhone Issue: Refunds are applicable if an iPhone unlocking attempt is unsuccessful solely due to the "Incompatible Sim" message. However, submission of video proof is a requisite for processing.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Already Unlocked Phones: Refunds will not be granted for orders placed for devices that are already unlocked.
  2. No Unlocking Code Prompt: In instances where an unlocking code is purchased but not prompted for when using an incompatible SIM card on an Android device, refunds are not available.
  3. Multiple Orders: Refunds will not be issued for orders from multiple providers, nor will they be granted based on differences in notification timings.
  4. Criteria Not Met: Any initial payments made for upgrading services, such as from standard to premium, are non-refundable if your phone fails to meet the necessary criteria.
  5. Wrong IMEI: Refunds are not applicable if an incorrect IMEI is provided during the unlocking process.
  6. Eligibility Check: Fees associated with eligibility checks are non-refundable.
  7. Blocked/Blacklisted Phones: Devices that are blocked, reported stolen, or lost are ineligible for refunds.
  8. Hard-Locked Phones: No refunds will be provided for devices that are hard-locked by the carrier.
  9. Specific Device Issues: Refunds are not available for devices that are hard-locked or fail to prompt for a code, such as certain Android devices.
  10. Delay in IMEI: Refunds will not be granted for delays in processing due to delayed IMEI submission.
  11. Existing Device Issues: Phones with pre-existing issues like blacklisting, activation lock, or hardware malfunctions are not eligible for refunds.
  12. iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: For iPhones with iCloud activation lock issues, customers are advised to contact the owner for removal or utilize our iCloud Removal service. Refunds for SIM unlocks are not provided if the device is rendered unusable due to activation lock.
  13. Sony/Samsung Errors: Refunds will not be issued if the device has surpassed the maximum number of incorrect unlocking attempts, specifically for Sony and Samsung devices.
